We put together interdisciplinary teams tailored to meet the individual needs of the customer that develop integrated solutions in our FM think tank from the point of view of strategic real estate management. In doing so we take into account interfaces with real estate economics and ecology, with building technology and with commercial management. This leads to operational real estate management approaches which we can then implement to fully realise the optimisation potential of buildings, properties and commercial processes.
