As a result, we are able to benefit from a pool of experienced and renowned management partner, specialised technical services providers and cooperation businesses which have proved to be reliable partners over the course of time.
The RGM Group only acquires majority stakes and invests in companies with a good position on the market as well as strong perspectives for growth. While maintaining the operational management we also assume responsibility in the executive boards of our subsidiaries in order to fully realise their specifc potential for adding value by means of suitable strategic and operational control measures.
Property Management
PropertyFirst GmbH
In order to strengthen the area of commercial services and to be able to serve our customers in a more targeted manner, we outsourced our Property Management business unit to PropertyFirst GmbH, Bochum, in 2009 and positioned it successfully on the market. WIth the acquisition of the Property Management activities of the LEG we have further strengthened and expanded this business unit, also in terms of the range of services. About 70 competent property consultants are at the disposal of our customers in this business unit. more

The RGM Facility Management GmbH is the main company for the strategic Facility Management business unit within the RGM Group. Its names stands for technical and integrated Building Management, for quality, many years of experience and for innovative thinking. The RGM Retail GmbH is a specialised service provider into which we have concentrated our RGM expertise for the holistic management of shopping malls and retail centers. The HRW Gebäudetechnik GmbH is a technical services provider with a focus on building control systems, control and instrumentation systems as well as cooling and air conditioning systems - a specialised company supporting RGM's strategic Facility Management business unit in the greater area of Hamburg with about 50 qualified technical engineers. more
RGM SPAIN S.L.
The RGM SPAIN Facilities Management S.L. has been complementing the activities of the RGM Facility Management Group on the Iberian peninsula since January 2011. This new subsidiary focuses on technical building management, supervises projects throughout Spain and also manages properties in the neighbouring Portugal. The main office is located in Madrid. more

Within the scope of establishing a spin-off, RGM Facility Management Schweiz AG acquired the Facility Management Services business unit from Ascom AG in Bern effective 31 December 2011, laying the foundations for RGM's expansion onto the Swiss market.more
