Interns
In our holding company, study and pupils are given the opportunity to complete specialised internships in the central departments or in the different operational units, or even in one of our specialised subsidiaries, throughout the year.
Depending on their interests, we offer internships in different areas of the company, including Operations FM / PM, Human Resources, Controlling, Accounting, Legal, IT, Marketing, Corporate Development, Calculation and Start-up. RGM executive staff members will offer you support and guidance throughout your internship.
Student temps jobs
As a working student at the RGM Group you can already gather practical experience while completing your academic University degree and further technical education.
Within the scope of your duties as a working student you will learn about the internal structures, working methods and processes in the company during day-to-day business activities and project work, while discovering the opportunities the RGM Group can offer you. After successfully completing your studies and with good work performance, you may also be given the chance to be taken over directly as a regular employee.
In addition, the RGM Group offers comprehensive supervision of theses (diploma, Master, Bachelor). Our experienced mentors support you in your choice of practical topics, provide the necessary information and support you in preparing your final paper together with your university.
