To be able to specifically encourage young professionals, we established the organisation YPO (Young Professionals' Organisation), which is unique to RGM in this form. The YPO Committee offers young and dedicated employees up to the age of 38 years the chance to become involved in the company's activities (as a kind of "internal brainpool"). The spokesperson of the group participates in management board meetings, and a so-called right of veto allows all members to raise objections and concerns to ensure that topics can be discussed again. In addition, a second organisation has been established for experienced, older employees: this organisation is called OFO (Old Fellows' Organisation) and operates on the same principle as the YPO.
