This trend may also significantly intensify especially in view of the economy and the financial crisis. For many corporates and investors, this no longer involves the reorganisation of their own real estate portfolios or the division of property assets into those which are necessary and not necessary for operations but rather an entirely different view of the resource real estate: the operation and the commercial management.

18.05.2010 - RGM Gebäudemanagement: Disproportional growth despite the crisis - Total turnover increases in 2009 by 10.6% to 113.7 mill. € RGM Gebäudemanagement GmbH (RGM), Dortmund, was able to increase its total turnover in fiscal year 2009 from 102.7 mill. € to 113.7 mill. € (+ 10.6%). “In doing so, RGM grew further in 2009 and became clearly established as one of the leading independent real estate service companies in Germany”, explained Fritz-Klaus Lange, managing partner of RGM. Because the number of employees in fiscal year 2009 rose only slightly to a 975 (prev. year: 950) full time workforce (FTE), RGM’s per capita turnover remained at a constant high level.

22.04.2010 - RGM Gebäudemanagement: Industry service provider RGM KonServ expands performance spectrum RGM KonServ GmbH, Dortmund, which primarily represents the business area Industrial Services of RGM Gebäudemanagement GmbH, Dortmund, has with Trojan Technologies Deutschland GmbH (Trojan), a one-hundred percent subsidiary of the Danaher Corporation, Washington D.C., extended the service partner contract which has existed since 2009 in the technical service area of water technology: in addition to the maintenance and repair work on all TrojanUV drinking water disinfection equipment, KonServ will, in the future, provide all service on the waste water plants for TrojanUV 3000 Plus.

05.10.2009 - RGM bundles all the activities connected with the areas of Sustainability, Green Building and Energy Management under the brand name “Real Green” Under the brand name “Real Green”, RGM Gebäudemanagement GmbH (RGM), Dortmund is bundling future services in the areas of ecologically and economically sustainable Facility (FM) and Property Management (PM), Energy Management and Green Building Certification. “This product allows us to accompany our customers during the operational phase with sustainable FM and PM measures and, in this way, increase the fungibility and the total return even in complex real estate holdings”, Fritz-Klaus Lange, Managing Partner of RGM, said in explaining the concept.
